At Cheap Neckers, we know how important it is that your orders arrive quickly, safely, and in one piece. Whether it’s a batch of custom neckers for your Scout group or a fresh set of embroidered badges, you’re counting on us to deliver — literally!
That’s why we’re officially switching from Evri to Royal Mail as our primary postage provider.
Why the Change?
We’ve been listening to your feedback (and keeping a close eye on our own experience too), and while Evri worked for a while, we’ve hit a few too many bumps in the road.
Here’s what pushed us to make the change:
1. Delivery Issues with Evri
Let’s not sugar-coat it — we’ve seen a growing number of delays, misrouted parcels, and packages arriving in a bit of a sorry state. That’s not the kind of service we want associated with Cheap Neckers, and it’s definitely not what our customers deserve.
2. Better Insurance Cover with Royal Mail
When you’re sending out custom items like embroidered neckers or patches, peace of mind is key. Royal Mail offers better built-in insurance, which means if something does go wrong (touch wood!), it’s easier for us to put it right — fast.
3. Superior Tracking with Royal Mail
Royal Mail’s tracking system is more transparent and reliable, giving both you and us clearer updates on where your parcel is and when it’s expected to arrive. No more vague updates or mystery parcel limbos!
4. Yes, It Costs More — But It’s Worth It
Royal Mail isn’t the cheapest option on the table, but we believe great customer service is worth that extra bit. We’d rather invest in a postage partner that delivers (pun fully intended) than cut corners and risk disappointment.
This switch is all about improving your experience — from the moment you click “order” to the day your package arrives at your door.
As always, if you have any questions or concerns about delivery, drop us a message. We’re always happy to help and keep things running smoothly.
Thanks for sticking with us — and here’s to more reliable, trackable post coming your way soon!
