If you are a new customer or looking for a customer product, we will have spoken to you beforehand to agree all aspects of your design first.
Cheap Neckers has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement of 50 neckers. While we can provide smaller quantities, please note that these will be priced differently than the rates advertised on our website.
If you’re interested in ordering fewer than 50 neckers, we’d love to assist—simply get in touch with us before placing your order to avoid any disappointment.
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include a summary of your order and the total cost. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy.
Once you are happy with the details in your order confirmation you will be ready to pay, using the BACS details provided.
We cannot begin production until payment has been received.
After payment has been received, if required, a sample of your necker or badge will be produced. We will send a photograph of this to you, for you to confirm you are happy with this.
This normally takes 1 – 2 weeks from receiving your payment.
This is your last opportunity to make any tweaks to designs such as font size, positioning of logos, colours etc.
Once the sample has been approved, no more changes can be made.
