t’s been another busy week here at CheapNeckers HQ, and we’ve got a rather impressive batch of custom badges getting ready to head out to their new home!

Before we pack them up and send them on their way, there’s one important job left to do – Quality Assurance (QA).

Making Sure Every Badge Is Up to Scratch

This latest batch is currently going through our quality checks, where we’re looking at:

• Stitching and detail – making sure the designs have come out looking sharp.
• Colours – checking everything looks as it should.
• Finishing – checking the edges and overall appearance.
• Consistency – making sure the batch meets our quality expectations.

After all, nobody wants a badge that looks like it’s been stitched during an earthquake! 😂

Once our checks are complete, these badges will be carefully packed and dispatched to their new owner.

There’s something rather satisfying about seeing a big batch of badges all finished and ready to go, especially knowing they’ll soon be worn, swapped, collected or proudly displayed.
