Production Process
If you are a repeat customer, you will find your necker on our dedicated website page and order your desired quantity through the online shop.
If you are a new customer or looking for a customer product, we will have spoken to you beforehand to agree all aspects of your design first.
Placing your order
Cheap Neckers has a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement of 50 neckers. While we can provide smaller quantities, please note that these will be priced differently than the rates advertised on our website.
If you’re interested in ordering fewer than 50 neckers, we’d love to assist—simply get in touch with us before placing your order to avoid any disappointment.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include a summary of your order and the total cost. Please review this information carefully to ensure accuracy.
Payment
Once you are happy with the details in your order confirmation you will be ready to pay, using the BACS details provided.
We cannot begin production until payment has been received.
Sample Production
After payment has been received, if required, a sample of your necker or badge will be produced. We will send a photograph of this to you, for you to confirm you are happy with this.
This normally takes 1 – 2 weeks from receiving your payment.
This is your last opportunity to make any tweaks to designs such as font size, positioning of logos, colours etc.
Once the sample has been approved, no more changes can be made.
Mass Production
The production time may vary depending on the complexity and customization of the product. Rest assured, we prioritize quality craftsmanship to ensure your product meets the highest standards.
This normally takes 3 – 4 weeks.
Quality Control
Every product undergoes a rigorous quality control process before leaving our facilities. We take pride in delivering products that not only meet but exceed your expectations. Our commitment to quality ensures that you receive a product that is durable, reliable, and crafted with precision.
Estimated Production Times
The production times for our products are influenced by various factors, including the type of product, customization options, and order volume. As a general guideline:
- Standard Products: 4 – 6 weeks
- Customized Products: 4 – 6 weeks
- Large Orders: Production times for large quantities may vary. Please contact our customer service team for specific details.
These estimates are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances, such as material availability or production capacity. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
Delivery
Once your product passes our quality control standards, it is prepared for shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
