How long does it take to make and deliver a necker?

Most orders are produced in 4–5 weeks and delivered shortly after. For urgent orders, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help. There is loads of extra information you might want to know on our delivery times page.

What size necker should we order?

We recommend smaller sizes for Squirrels and Beavers, and larger ones for Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Volunteers. You can view our necker size guide for full details.

Wash at 30°C, avoid tumble drying, and press lightly with an iron if needed. This keeps the necker looking smart and lasting longer.
